About Us
Welcome to the Bishop Quarterman Conference
Center, located in the heart of the Texas Panhandle. Nestled on 240 beautiful
acres of land, this year round facility is designed to serve as a center
for spiritual growth and renewal for the Christian community of Northwest
Texas, as well as a center accommodating businesses, families and social
groups of all sizes.
We are financially supported by the Diocese of Northwest Texas and many other generous individuals. The Bishop Quarterman Conference
Center is a relaxing place to conduct a conference, seminar, retreat, family reunion, or any type of function.
Along with being a Conference Center, the Episcopal Diocese of Northwest Texas hosts a variety of summer camps for the youth in the diocesan area. The summer camp program is designed to give the youth a chance to find their life with God or renew their spirituality, along with spending time making new friends and enjoying the outdoors.

Camp Quarterman Mission Statement and Information
Our mission is to provide an opportunity for young people
to live in a Christ-centered community that teaches life tools,
builds strong friendships and exercises creativity in a safe and structured manner.
Camp Quarterman is dedicated to making each campers experience fun, educational
and spiritual. We offer an assortment of games and activities, arts & crafts,
group discussions about issues pertaining to the youth of today and an assortment
of chapel services.
Each week we focus on our theme incorporating it into our daily worship, activities
and camp life. A priest in the Diocese serves as the Spiritual Leader for the
week, conducting services, bible studies and group discussions.
Camp Quarterman is staffed by a group of young Christian adults who serve as
counselors. Each has a commitment to Christ and is dedicated to creating the
safest camp possible.
Along with our counselor staff, each week is comprised of volunteers who serve
as nurses, junior counselors and adult sponsors.
